All our programs and services, and the care we provide, are built around our residents. Our approach reflects the value we place on treating our residents with dignity and respect in keeping with our philosophy of maintaining a home-like, warm and welcoming environment. We encourage our residents to continue pursuing life-long goals and interests which will provide them with a quality living experience. Our attitude is based upon the conscious recognition that residents do not live in our place of work, but that we work in our residents' home.
Our rooms are comfortably furnished with a bed, night table, clothes closet, corner cabinet and an easy chair, and we encourage residents and families to furnish and decorate the room with as many personal touches as possible.
Our home has 4 distinct resident home areas that offer our residents their own living room, sunroom, dining room, spa, therapy room and den. The variety of locations provides one with spaces to visit with family, enjoy a small gathering or just find a private corner to read a book or spend some quiet time. The home has a chapel for worship services, a large gathering room, a beauty salon, an exercise room and a harvest room for family dinners. Our outdoor gardens are secure, providing our residents a safe area to enjoy the outdoors.
