Harvest Festival
Hunt Club Manor, Ottawa, ON
A wonderful cornucopia of song and goodies was had at hunt club manor on Sunday, October 14, 2007.
Residents, family, friends and guests gathered at 2 pm to partake in a choice of homemade apple or pumpkin pie topped with real whipped cream and to compliment these fall favourites, fresh warm apple cider and cranberry punch was served.
To enhance these culinary delights, entertainment was provided by the Concordia Men’s Chorus. This delightful choir was exuberant in their singing of English, Latin, German and "Newfie" songs and rounded out their performance with a sing-a-long and story telling filled with humour that filled the room with laughter from everyone of all ages.
Needless to say a happy and "harvest" time was had by all.
